By accessing and using the Agent Sculptor website, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms. They apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our service.
If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service. Your continued use of our website following the posting of changes to these terms will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.
Our website describes the Agent Sculptor product and lets you request early access. You may use it for lawful purposes only.
Agent Sculptor is in development. Requesting early access is an expression of interest, not an order: it creates no obligation for us to onboard you, and no commitment as to if or when the product becomes available to you.
Features and surfaces described on this website are our current direction, not commitments to deliver. Where a paid offering launches, it will be governed by a separate written agreement that prevails over these terms in respect of that offering.
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Agent Sculptor and its licensors.
All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and design elements, are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of our content without prior written consent.
Except to the extent that mandatory law expressly permits it, and only after you have asked us for the information you need, you may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any software we provide, or otherwise attempt to derive its source code or underlying structure. You may not remove or obscure a proprietary notice, circumvent an access control, or use this website or its output to build, train or improve a competing product or service, or to publish a benchmark or comparison without our prior written consent. You may not access the site by automated means in a way that burdens our infrastructure, or scrape it in bulk.
"Agent Sculptor" and our logo are trademarks. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written permission.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Agent Sculptor, its directors, employees and agents against any third-party claim, and against the resulting damages, losses, liabilities, costs and reasonable legal fees, to the extent it arises from your breach of these Terms, your unlawful or unauthorised use of this website, your infringement of a third party's rights, or content or data you supply to us.
We will tell you promptly of any claim we are aware of, give you control of the defence and settlement of it, and give you reasonable assistance at your cost. You may not settle a claim in a way that imposes an obligation or an admission on us without our prior written consent.
Any software and related technical information we provide may be subject to export control and sanctions rules, including those of the European Union and the United Nations.
By using this website you confirm that you are not located in, ordinarily resident in, established in, or acting for the benefit of a person in a country or territory subject to European Union or United Nations sanctions, and that you are not a person designated on a European Union or United Nations sanctions list, nor owned or controlled by such a person.
You agree not to export, re-export, transfer or make anything we provide available in breach of those rules, and not to use it for a purpose those rules prohibit. We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe continuing would breach a sanctions or export control obligation.
In no event shall Agent Sculptor, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or our service shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the preceding twelve months.
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
If you believe that content on this website infringes your copyright, trademark or another right, or is otherwise unlawful, tell us and we will look at it. Write to hi@agent-sculptor.com with the subject line "Content notice".
So that we can act, please include: your name and contact details; enough detail to identify the content and the exact address of the page it appears on; an explanation of the right you hold and why you believe the content infringes it or is unlawful; and a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and given in good faith.
We acknowledge a notice we receive, decide on it without undue delay, and tell you the outcome and the grounds for it. Where we remove or disable content, we tell whoever provided it and explain how they can contest the decision. This procedure follows Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 on a Single Market for Digital Services and applicable Romanian law. A notice sent in bad faith, or one that misrepresents the facts, may make you liable for the resulting damage.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Romanian courts.
We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any disputes informally. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
